Project Management Intern - Palm Springs

Ideas travel well. Making them happen takes a little more organisation. Based in Palm Springs, you’ll help coordinate creative and hospitality projects, gaining practical exposure to client conversations, project partners and the steps that turn a concept into a finished project.

Your role

• Help maintain schedules, project trackers and documentation.
• Prepare meetings, write notes and follow up on actions with your supervisor.
• Gather briefs, content, references and information for the team.
• Help coordinate communication with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Research local suppliers and relevant references.
• Support the preparation of presentations and client deliverables.

About you

You’re studying project management, communication, design management or hospitality. You’re organised, curious and comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and in conversation. You want to learn how a creative studio operates through hands-on project work.

How the internship works

This internship is based in Palm Springs, with a designated supervisor. Your responsibilities will develop as you learn, while client account ownership remains with the permanent team.
