Creative projects move forward when someone keeps the idea, the client and the delivery team connected. We’re looking for a Project Manager in Palm Springs to maintain that connection, build strong working relationships and keep a clear view of what has been promised.

Your role

  • Lead projects from the initial brief through to delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and approval stages.
  • Coordinate creative teams and external partners, including collaboration between the US and France.
  • Maintain schedules, budgets, scopes and deliverables.
  • Anticipate blockers and clarify additional requests.
  • Build working relationships with local suppliers and partners.
  • Organise project meetings and site visits when needed.

About you

You have solid project management experience within a studio, agency or hospitality business. You can lead a client meeting, manage a timeline and coordinate multiple stakeholders. You work fluently in English; French is a plus.

Scope

This role focuses on Studio project delivery and client relationships, working in coordination with LOBBY’s Projects & Operations Manager.
