Our story
Born from gathering people.
We started with a simple frustration: too many places looked good and felt empty. Hospitality was turning into content. So we decided to build something different, a company dedicated to places with soul.
Kevin comes from the world of indie hospitality. Building places, shaping brands, learning every detail the hard way. Over the years, his obsession stayed the same: craft, emotion, honest materials, local culture, and that invisible thing you feel the moment you step into a place that's been made with intention.
LOBBY carries that obsession in everything it creates.

We also open and run places of our own, from a coffee shop in Brittany to houses in Palm Springs. It keeps us honest.
