Projects & Operations Manager
Lead Studio projects, look after client relationships and help move operations forward across LOBBY’s wider projects.
At LOBBY, we have client projects, our own businesses and usually a few more ideas than available hours. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of project delivery, keep everyone informed and move things forward without the founder having to chase every next step.
Your role
- Lead LOBBY Studio projects from kickoff to delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
- Be the day-to-day contact for clients and build clear, constructive working relationships.
- Coordinate creative teams, freelancers, suppliers and external partners.
- Prepare meetings, document decisions and turn conversations into clear actions.
- Anticipate blockers, flag changes and clarify additional requests before they become unpaid work.
- Support Late Checkout Capital operations and contribute to projects involving Frank’s Market, Land for Land and other businesses supported by LOBBY.
- Improve the tools and processes that help the team work well.
About you
You have solid experience in project management or operations, ideally within a studio, agency, hospitality business or entrepreneurial environment. You’re comfortable managing different stakeholders, handling client conversations and setting priorities. You work confidently with collaborative tools and enjoy both bringing structure and getting things done.
What success looks like
Projects stay on track, clients stay informed and the team knows what needs to happen next. You work directly with the founder, with meaningful ownership and a clearly agreed scope and set of priorities.
